Terms when buying tickets

A booking can be canceled until payment has been made. To choose Klarna as a payment

alternative is to make sure with card or bank payment that a payment has been made, even if the

invoice is to be paid at a later time by the customer. The Distance Contracts Act

(Distansavtalslagen) laws on the right of withdrawal, do not apply to the purchase of event tickets.

When payment has been made, the customer is therefore bound by his or her purchase.

Purchased ticket will not be redeemed. We do not offer rebooking or refunds. In case of

cancellation, the ticket price will not be refunded. Lost ticket will not be reimbursed.

When you buy tickets through strivelive.se, you accept the other terms of purchase. We are not

responsible for technical faults that occur during purchase, and which may affect the functionality

or availability. We are also not responsible for any data lost due to such disruptions.

If you buy tickets to someone other than yourself, you are responsible for and assure that third

parties have read and accept the terms of purchase in the same way as you.

Information about each event, possible choices and prices as well as payment methods for each

event that applies to your purchase is stated in connection with you making your purchase.

Before you press the buy button, we ask you to carefully check that the information about your

impending purchase is correct. When purchasing, you are obliged to state your name, address, email

address and mobile phone number.

Delivery of tickets

Your tickets will be sent in a separate email to your e-mail address in connection with purchase.

Your order confirmation is sent separately and is not valid as a ticket, nor is your receipt.

If you have not received your tickets after completing the purchase, we ask you to first check your

email account's spam folder or other subfolders. If you still suspect that you have not received

your tickets, please contact team@strivelive.se and we will help you as soon as possible.

Canceled or changed events

We also reserve the right to change the content of the event to which your ticket purchase relates

and to change the date, time and place of the event.

In case of a canceled event, tickets will not be redeemed. In case of a moved event, the customer

is offered to use their ticket for the next event.

The customer is responsible for checking that the event has not been canceled or moved. In case

of a canceled or moved event, the customer should contact the organizer immediately for any

redemption of tickets. In case of a canceled event, any service and distribution fees will not be


Registration fee

Some sessions we only charge a registration fee. This is to ensure your. We often produce course

material, division groups and coaches to maximize your experience. If you need to cancel, do so

in advance, at least 15 days before your specific date, the full amount will be refunded. If you

cancel later than 15 days, the amount will not be refunded.

Force majeure

In case that the event cannot be carried out due to an obstacle beyond the control of the

organizer / arena / supplier, which could not reasonably be expected to have taken into account

when the agreement was entered into and the consequences of which he could not reasonably

have avoided or overcome, the organizer / arena / the supplier is free from liability for damages or

other sanctions. The same applies if an event is canceled depending on someone hired by the

organizer or someone else in the previous stage.

All prices are stated in SEK and include VAT. For books, audiobooks and tickets to events, 6%

VAT is applied. Other products 25% VAT.

If you have regretted your purchase or want to change something in your order, it is important that

you contact team@strivelive.se as soon as possible. Special conditions for tickets apply.

Handling of personal data when purchasing

By shopping at STRIVE LIVE AB, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of

your personal data. We protect your privacy and do not collect more information than necessary

to process your order. We never sell or pass on your information to third parties without legal

basis. STRIVE LIVE AB is responsible for the processing of personal data that you have provided

to us as a customer. Your personal information is processed by us to be able to handle your order

and in those times when you have requested newsletters or promotional offers - to be able to

adapt the marketing to your individual needs. The information below is a summary of how we

What data is stored?

In order to be able to handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer

service), we store your first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address

and purchase history. Your information is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your

information, for example to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation

under, for example, the Accounting Act. Your e-mail address and the contents of your shopping

cart are also saved in order to remind you of your order.

- Payment provider

When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first

name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. If you choose to pay by invoice,

the personal identity number of the payment provider is also saved. The information is saved in

order to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud. The payment providers

(payment services) we use are Klarna & Stripe.

- Newsletter

If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter or to receive other mailings via e-mail, the first

name, last name and e-mail address will be shared with our newsletter provider who stores the

information. This is to be able to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing

purposes. We use the Mailchimp service to send out newsletters.
